LA FOLLE JOURNEE DE VARSOVIE

Anna Malesza was born in Goleniów. She has completed her elementary and primary musical education in her home town. In 2005 she commenced education at the Henryk Wieniawski General Secondary Music School (the so-called “talent school”) in Poznań. She is currently a student of mgr Jan Romanowski.
Anna Malesza is a laureate of many competitions. She also performs at many concerts as soloist. IN 2007 she represented the Polish music culture at the 6^th Russian-Polish Classical Music Festival in Moscow, where she had the honour of playing with the Moscow Chamber Orchestra. She has also performed in concerts in England (in March 2008), at the 5^th Poznań Mozart Festival and in many charity concerts.

In 2008 Malesza received the title of “Female Goleniów Resident of the Year” in the field of culture in appreciation of her achievements in competitions. In the same year she has also received the “Barnim” award from the mayor of Goleniów.
Malesza has received scholarships from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, from the “Music Safety Pin” program, from the Open Philharmonic and from Andrze Wojciechowski, the mayor of the Municipality of Goleniów.
