LA FOLLE JOURNEE DE VARSOVIE

Małgorzata Warcaba was born in Tychy. She began her education in 1999 in the Feliks Rybicki General Primary School of Music in Tychy. She has attended the piano class of Ms. Barbara Klikiewicz for six years. She has graduated from the school with honours in June of 2005. She went on to continue her education at the Karol Szymanowski State General School of Music in Katowice in the piano class of Ms. Halina Wesołowska-Madetko and since 2009 in the piano class of Professor Józef Stompel. In April 2011 she has appeared as soloist with the Karol Szymanowski Youth Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Szymon Bywalec during the gala diploma award ceremony.

In 2010 she won 5^th place (ex aequo) at the National Auditions of Secondary Music School Piano Students in Warsaw. She has also received the title of finalist in the central eliminations to the 24^th Artiststic Olympics in Warsaw.

She participated in numerous piano workshops, working under the direction of renowned pianists, including Professor E. Pobłocka, Professor M. Sikorska-Wojtacha, Professor G. Kurzyński, Professor P. Paleczny and Professor J. Stompel
